As the Lead Product Manager for Parkonomik’s Growth, you will become part of founding team at startup to come up with a go-to market strategy and execute it relentlessly to make it a win-market strategy across all regions.

What You'll Do

  • As a Lead Growth Marketing Manager, own efforts for driving user acquisition and retention of parking users across multiple channels.
  • This is a ground-breaking opportunity to work and become part of the founding team, working alongside founders and grow with the company.
  • Establish a consumer brand with a strong content strategy that wins customers delight and provides unmatched experience in its space.
  • Super-smart in coming up with customer storytelling across different marketing channels, multi-channel attribution.
  • Data-chops: able to slice and dice data to come up with narratives, unearth any inconsistency to improve overall systems reporting integrity. Strong data analysis skills including proficiency with SQL and understanding of data logging/tracking.
  • Measure, analyze, and assess cost of acquiring users and compute efficiency of each customer acquisition channel.
  • Track performance of user-acquisition funnel as user path to becoming a subscriber as well as business optimization metrics. Go extra-mile to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Come up with strategies to retain and re-engage acquired users and drive them to delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 7+ years experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products specifically in shared economy businesses. You have past experience in a growth product role with extensive experimentation, lifecycle management, and funnel optimization all powered by data insights.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Technical understanding that spans all levels of abstraction and the systems you'll be building.
  • Strong user empathy and previous experience working on user-facing product flows. Experience in running effectiveness experiments including A/B, geographic and time-based experimentation.
  • Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner's problems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and relentlessly. Always striving to grow and learn
  • Analytical chops. Use data as a prism to couple with intuition for painting right picture of customers and business operations. Fluency in SQL. Self-served in laying out an insightful story using data. Always starting with establishing a strong baseline and coming up with meaningful insights explaining anomalies if any.
  • A "Relentless Drive for Result" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, great at simplifying things, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
  • Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
  • Influencer: The ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders. Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.

As the Lead Regional Enterprise Partner and Operations Manager for Parkonomik’s LA region, you will get to create the master operations plan for world class customer service, taking into account local market dynamics such as high-demand parking hours and including plan to mitigate operational risks. Customer obsession runs in your DNA, you have an insatiable appetite to take customer experience to next-level by expanding parking coverage with businesses and forming mutually beneficial relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Tactical and Strategic. Able to roll-up sleeves to build business models, perform analysis to recommend initiatives to ensure we are driving to the best possible outcome.

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL skills a plus.
  • Attention to details while keeping a big picture in mind. Wicked smart in handling customer operations and keen eye to big picture to continuously expand partnerships with local parking space owners and businesses.
  • A Driver mindset. You will drive and support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners. Able to change gears and wear many hats to help the team create solutions.
  • Read between the lines. Able to connect dots to bring a fruitful solution when navigating teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Drive day-to-day operations with our top tier partners.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a client facing role working with enterprise or mid-market sized accounts specfically in shared economy businesses.
  • Instinct for handling partners. You have a consistent track record of successfully handling complex partnerships.
  • Ability to have a ‘sixth sense’ when it comes to partnerships and that leads you to effortlessly navigate multiple partner engagements.
  • An intuition for people. Have natural ability to build, nurture new relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • You are a self-starter and collaborative leader. Internal and external advocate and using your analytical hat, pitch as needed, know how to take control and lead conversation with external partners across organizational levels from C-level, to Product Manager or Engineer.
  • Balance of Business and Product sense. You know ecosystem partners are integral for any company’s success. You consider product as a tool to champion a win-win partnership.
  • Fluent in manipulating data in excel sheets. SQL knowledge a plus.
